If you are not happy with your purchase please return it to the address on the invoice within fourteen days, including the top half of the invoice. The goods must be returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging. If the item is faulty please write a note about the fault on the invoice and please state whether you would like a refund or replacement. Once the item is received by us we can either replace the item, if in stock, or we will refund you the cost of the item. We do not refund postage costs, unless we sent you a faulty or incorrect item. If an item is damaged in the post we will either refund you once it has been returned to us at your expense, or we will complete the Royal Mail claim forms which we will forward to you. We do not impose re-stocking charges for returned items. We do not accept returns of earrings due to hygiene reasons.
